What I’m wearing
My new design, the Carlazzo Shawl. The pattern is available on Ravelry and hopefully soon in my webshop…
The Happy shawl – a simple hap shawl, knit in Wool of the Andes Worsted, in the Mink Heather color. I’ll write up the pattern and send it in testing.
Solitude blanket – I’m using Yarn Bee Cozy Occasion, which is a very budget-friendly option!
A sweater for little Victor, to match the sweaters I made for Peter and John – basic raglan sweaters with Estonian Braids on the yoke. They are knit in Drops Lima, color 9015 and 0519. I am working on the pattern, but it will take time.
Purl Soho Half & Half wrap in Linen Quill, the colorway Peony Pink.
I have found the first winner of the #KnitandbekindKAL, Dorothy Freeman. The prize has been sent out!
I hope you will join me for the rest of the #KnitAndBeKindKAL. Let’s focus on kindness in our knitting, whether it is by knitting an unexpected gift for someone, by treating yourself to a new cast-on, or by using your knitting-practice to cultivate kindness.
If you share photos of your knitting kindness on Instagram with the hashtag #KnitAndBeKindKAL, or post in the Ravelry group for this knitalong you automatically enter to win the amazing prices!
Thanks to a lot of very generous people, we have some amazing prices for the KAL. Check out these talented makers:
